Faith is the way, the means, by which we please God. Pleasing someone you love, and respect is normal and healthy.

Are there lessons that lockdown could teach us, because every new situation has the potential to speak to us.

The writer of Hebrews immediately links faith and the unseen by stating it is faith that comprehends that what we see was “not made out of things that are visible.”

The writer of Hebrews 11 states from the get-go that faith is an assurance, a conviction, in and of something not seen, but hoped for. Hope in this instance is rock solid, based upon the character, and articulations of God; his person and his word, in other words.
